SPAR and Min Købmand continuously monitor the prices of other supermarkets and discount stores and adjust their own to match.
This message was the focal point when I helped SPAR and Min Købmand relaunch the low-price concept Yellow Price. Yellow Price were brought to life along with a number of other price concepts in a humorous universe. The objective was to raise awareness of the Yellow Price and thereby increase traffic to the two retailers.
